Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

- To review your property and prepare a cash offer.
- To contact you by phone or email about your inquiry.
- To send you text messages, only if you opted in to them (see below).

Text messages (SMS)
Our forms have two separate, optional checkboxes: one for text messages about your inquiry, offer and appointment reminders, and one for marketing text messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting and the software we use to manage inquiries), and, if you choose to sell to us, with the parties needed to complete the sale, such as a title or closing company. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it, and your choices
